We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for both consultations and appointments. Appointments will be scheduled during the initial consultation. All consultations will be completed at Austin Body Contouring’s office.
6 AM and 6 PM appointments are pre-pay treatments. Unless we receive notication of cancellation 48 hours prior to appointment, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount.
If a client cancels their consultation or appointment 24 hours (or more) prior to their session, the client will not lose or forfeit their session. If a client cancels their consultation or appointment less than 24 hours prior to their appointment, the client will lose one of their purchased appointments unless there is an appropriate reason (traffic is not an appropriate reason).
If a client does not cancel their appointment via text message or e-mail dated 24 hours prior to their appointment, they will be charged full price for the treatment they did not attend.
If a client cancels a 2nd treatment less than 24 hours prior to the treatment time, the client will need to pre-pay for their body future contouring treatments.
Once a client has completed their consultation and their first treatment, no refunds will be issued.
Our cancellation policy has been created to ensure our clients are not disturbed by the tardiness of clients who do not come to their scheduled appointments. When reserved sessions are unattended, this means other clients missed the opportunity of having that particular time period.
Once a client has cancelled 2 or more scheduled appointments less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointments, that client will have to pre-pay their appointments in advance of their treatments. Should the client have to cancel a pre-paid appointment, a refund will only be issued if we receive an e-mail at email@example.com 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Sessions will only be confirmed and allowed up to the amount of pre-paid sessions. All sales are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate any client’s session, package, or contract without refunding any monies, if the client has broken any terms or policies. All purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Groupon & Living Social Policy
We will ask for your Groupon or Living Social voucher number when you contact us to set up your initial consultation. Once a client is seen for their initial consultation and schedules their first session, the Groupon or Living Social voucher is non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for appointments which the client chooses not to complete.
