Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy has been created to ensure our clients are not inconvenienced by the actions of clients who do not come to their scheduled appointments.

When reserved sessions are unattended, this means other clients missed the opportunity of having that particular time period.

Policy Specifics

We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for treatment appointments scheduled Monday – Friday.

We require 72 hour cancellation for all Saturday treatment appointments.

Please contact us ONLY via text at 512.660.2810 or via e-mail at info@austinbodycontouring.com to provide notice 48 -72 hours prior to your treatment.  You receive text message and e-mail confirmations for all of your treatments.

For NO-SHOW clients (where Austin Body Contouring does not receive any notification of cancellation), and the client makes no effort to contact Austin Body Contouring, the full amount of the treatment will be charged. 

If a client does not provide Austin Body Contouring 48 hour notice, the client will be charged a fee of $40. All Saturday appointments will be charged at full amount of services regardless.

Moving forward, Austin Body Contouring will require PRE-PAYMENT for treatments once a client has:

  • Missed a scheduled appointment, OR
  • Cancelled a treatment without 48 hours notification (72 hours for Saturday) OR
  • Cancelled a Saturday or 6 PM treatment time OR
  • Has recurrently cancelled or missed scheduled appointments.

When a client has been set up as a “Pre-Payment Required Client”, no refunds will be issued once a treatment has been scheduled and billed.

Consultation Policy

All consultations will be completed at either of the Austin Body Contouring’s offices. 

Appointments will be scheduled during the initial consultation.

Once a client has completed their consultation and their first treatment, no refunds will be issued.

We respectfully request a 48 hour notification to cancel a complimentary consultation appointment as well. Please be mindful of transit times and traffic as consultations are booked well in advance for many individuals with specific time constraints. 

Reservation Policy

We have high demand for our 6 PM and Saturday treatment times. 

Unfortunately, once a client cancels one of these specific times, moving forward the client will need to pre-pay if they want to schedule a 6 PM or Saturday treatment time.

We regret the need to do this, but due to high cancellation of these treatment times in the past, we have no choice.

All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to terminate any client’s session, package, or contract without refunding any monies, if the client has broken any terms or policies.

Groupon & Living Social Policy

When scheduling your complimentary consultation, we will obtain your Groupon or Living Social voucher number (Redemption Code) when you initially contact us.

Once a client schedules their initial consultation and completes their first treatment, their Groupon or Living Social voucher will be redeemed and is non-refundable.

If a client is a No-Show for 2 scheduled complimentary consultations, Austin Body Contouring will not be able to work with that client. 

There are no partial refunds for appointments which the client chooses not to complete.
